Termination Of The Contract
Information for consumers about the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

A model withdrawal form can be found in Attachment 2 to the Consumer Rights Act, and has additionally been included in our Terms and Conditions and on the Online Shop's website in the Regulations section You may use the model form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, you need to send us information about your intention to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal expires.
On your withdrawal from the contract, we will return all your payments, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the shipping method you have selected which is other than the cheapest shipping method offered by our Online Shop) immediately, which is no later than 14 days from the date when we received your declaration of intent to withdraw from the contract. We will refund your payment using the same method of payment which you have selected for your original transaction unless you have expressly agreed to other solutions; in no event will you incur any costs of the refund. We may withhold the refund of your payments until your goods have been returned or you have supplied the evidence of its return, whichever is the earliest.
If you have received the good, please send it back immediately to the following address: Assassins Arms ul. Płk Dąbka 10 Box G, 30-732 Kraków Poland, which is no later than 14 days from the date when you declared your intent to withdraw from the contract. The period for withdrawal shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the good within 14 days. You will have to incur the direct cost of returning the good. You will be held responsible only if the good depreciates in value as a result of its handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good.
